Building win-win partnerships with startups is more than just the Sodexo Ventures’ investment approach. It’s a company-wide philosophy!
We’re very proud to announce that Sodexo has been recognized, for the third year in a row, as one of Europe’s Corporate Startup Stars. Sodexo Ventures team and investment committee members Jean-Sebastien Beaucamps and Belen Moscoso Del Prado attended the Scaleup Summit in Madrid to accept the award.
Collaborations between corporates and startups can bring tremendous benefit to both. Startups can access resources and insights that will be invaluable as they scale, and established companies can give their innovation and agile mindset a major boost. But, it’s not easy to get this equation right.
That’s why the innovation advisory firm Mind the Bridge and the innovation foundation Nesta created SEP Europe’s Corporate Startup Stars. In partnership with the European Commission, this annual ranking aims to celebrate corporate-startup success stories, showcase best practices, and inspire others to follow suit
“We are very pleased to be recognized as one of Europe’s leading companies in open innovation. The agility of startups, combined with our knowledge of the service industry is a winning combination that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional services,” said Belen Moscoso Del Prado, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, Sodexo about the recognition. “We look forward to future opportunities for collaboration with startups in Europe to continue bringing more value for our clients and consumers worldwide.”
