Sodexo Ventures would like to announce it has sold its stake in LifeDojo Inc., a science-backed behavior change platform, as a result of LifeDojo’s acquisition by Ontrack, Inc. The decision to originally invest in LifeDojo in 2017 was led by their commitment to digital-centric innovation and behavioral improvement which was well-matched for Sodexo Ventures’ mission to improve quality of life for millions of consumers around the globe.
LifeDojo will now begin a new chapter as part of virtualized healthcare company Ontrak.
Belen Moscoso del Prado, Group Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, stated “We have had a great experience working with LifeDojo over the past three years. The services that LifeDojo provides are crucial to improving quality of life, and this is especially true now with the coronavirus pandemic creating more challenges for mental health.
