Wellist Integrated Patient Experience Solutions helps healthcare leaders connect their patients and caregivers to personalized information, resources and local support services. Through its digital platform and concierge support team, Wellist provides recommendations based on a patient’s specific needs and location, ranging from in-network provider services such as genetic counseling and occupational therapy, to non-clinical services including transportation, meal delivery and home cleaning. The platform also lets patients create a support plan that they can share with family and friends.

A passion for Improving the Patient Experience

The idea that improving the patient experience could also improve provider economics inspired CEO Ashley Reid to found Wellist in 2013. Wellist’s outstanding contributions have been recognized by organizations including MassTLC (Most Innovative Technology of the Year – Healthcare), Rock Health (Top 50 in Digital Health, Diversity Leadership), American Business Awards (Company of the Year, Silver Stevie – Health Products and Service) and BostInno (50onFire, Health and Medicine winner).
